We hope that you won’t need to use this, but if you have purchased our product and something is not right, please let us know by emailing us at tatapaper@tatapaper.lt.

You can return or exchange a product purchased from the www.tatapaper.lt online store within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. The returned item must meet the following criteria:

– It must be in its original, neat packaging.
– The product must be undamaged and unworn by the buyer.
– The product must retain its commercial appearance (labels must be intact, and protective films must not be torn off, etc.) This clause does not apply if you are returning a defective product.
– The item must be in the same set as it was received by the buyer.
– A proof of purchase document must be presented when returning the product.

Please note that custom or special order items are not returnable.

When returning the product, you are responsible for packing it using one of the following methods:
a) Send the package to the OMNIVA parcel machine at Bajoru kel. 4, Vilnius (Vilnius TO Bajori post machine), indicating the telephone number +370 685 21193. Recipient: MB TATA.
b) Send the parcel to the LP EXPRESS post machine at Bajorų kelias 4, 08412 Vilnius, indicating the telephone number +370 685 21193. Payee: MB TATA.

Upon receipt of the returned product under the specified conditions, we commit to transferring the refund to your account within 5 working days.

Customers can also return unused or worn items to TATA PAPER and receive a 10% to 20% discount on their next purchase, or we can promise that the product will be processed.
